Frame Photo Editor have be designed to add multiple photos to a background image. The background image could be a photo, too. Each photo add to the background could have a mask.
Most of the mask's edge is transparent or semi-transparent. So the photos put on the background looks on as "melt" together. So the photo blend with backgroud images softly together.
Because you may add multiple photos onto background image, there maybe one photo lie on another. And Frame Photo Editor also could "melt" those photos together.
