Well, Halloween 2010 is almost here and it's time to start thinking about Halloween costume choices, decorations and parties. Frame Photo Editor will add variety to your lives, for it allows you to create Halloween pictures in YOUR way and set the modified picture as your desktop wallpaper.
Free download the trial version of Frame Photo Editor, install it on your computer and run it. There is watermark "FramePhotoEditor" on the interface of the free trial version, while the full version you purchase has no watermark.
After you run the program, there is a default background on the interface, and you can click "Delete Background" button to get rid of it.
Click "Add a Frame" button to choose a spooky frame from Festival category by double clicking the frame.
Tip: You should first download new Halloween themed frames and then import into the program.
Click "Add a Photo" button to import a photo to the background. The selected photo with a default mask will be shown on the top-left side of the interface. Click "Delete Mask" button to get rid of it if you don't like it, and you can resize and move the photo by clicking and dragging it.
Click "Wallpaper" button on the top side of the interface to set the picture as Halloween wallpaper.
